They don't stand behind their work.

Their service is terrible. I ordered business cards from them that were sufficient for the price. Then I reordered the exact same order and instead of navy blue, the font was now purple. The card stock itself was a different color also. In the day when branding is critical, different business cards are unacceptable... horribly sloppy. And they refused to do anything about it. I corresponded with them immediately and even sent them high resolution images as examples. The first couple of responses said they couldn't see the difference. I submitted professional photographs and eventually they stated they had 'upgraded' their card stock so the colors may have changed a bit. Still, they would not refund my money or send me corrected cards.

Business Cards - very poor quality

When I placed my order with them, I asked them to please deepen the saturation of my cards. As I wanted the black to be black, not grey. I explained to her that I had ordered from this company in the past. The first print order was excellent, the second time, the cards were distinctively lighter in saturation. The customer service woman assured me that I would be pleased with my order. When I recieved my business cards, they had not darkened the colors AT ALL. What a disaster. I will never use this company again. Truly disappointed that they would treat a "regular" and loyal customer so shabbily.

After being dissatisfied with my order, they are trying to make more money off of me..WARNING: DO NOT ORDER WITH 123PRINT.COM

First, as a dissatisfied customer of 123print.com, I asked for a full refund or to exchange for the exact business cards I wanted. Basically, they gave me a discount to just place a completely new order, meaning I save no money and still have to waste time with this service. Second, the cards that I received I paid $10 more dollars for than I would have with Vistaprint.com. The ink bled through and they have placed a sequence of 3 unrelated, advertising business cards in between every single one of my actual cards printed, VERY ANNOYING and inconsiderate of the environment. How can you be a company that promotes sustainability (flimsy recycled card option) but still waste paper printing ads. Who even decided it was smart to put unrelated ads between every single card you ship to a customer. If I would have ordered more than 250 cards, I would be ripping my hair out. The only positive from this was the speedy and informative customer service, who sadly could not help with my problem. Now, I'm just ranting, but you get the point consumer family. This simply is NOT the way to do business and I do not recommend purchasing with this company until they make grave changes. Thank you and happy buying.

123PRINT is HORRIBLE AND HAS HORRIBLE WORK ETHIC AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

VISTA PRINT HERE WE COME: Your Business messed up our cards and would not rectify the problem by sending us new corrected business cards foe free plus, free shipping. And, we sent pics to your email to support the problem cards by visual. Thus, you guys wanted us to buy more cards which you saw was a problem and then you corrected the problem. Then you guys were bold enough to tell us to view the correction and told us to place a new order and buy some more and then after we pay we will issue a refund later. NO, NO, NO, not fair or good business ethics..... that they saw the problem and corrected them, then wanted us to pay and to refund us money back later. Why, no reason, just correct the problem and send out new items. And, if you wanted the bad ones we would send them back via prepaid shipping, due to your mistake. HORRIBLE! Not happy and you lost a few accounts and plus a few family members accounts just for one set of cards. Top it off, we wrote the business and they never responded after waiting 5 days, which they said someone will contact us after 48 hours on the webpage. Now, customer service thought I was lying to them about the bad cards, and I provided pics and he kept delaying and blowing me off also, to delay the situation in a 360 used cars salesman act of games. Not good business ethics here. They dont care about the customer and made no effort to save a sale that they clear messed up. We are a business and you had us as a customer and all you had to do is rectify the problem and you would still have a customer and making thousands more per year and not counting refferals that we would have provided. 123PRINT did me good

I'm not sure what everyones problem is. Maybe they suck at business cards. I have never ordered BUSINESS CARDS from them but I do have to say that I used them for my wedding menus and they were GREAT. so much more inexpensive than other places and YES you do have to do your own work into it, but I think it was worth it. Shipping was quick! and their price is more than reasonable. Not only that, I used their chat service online and it worked out well too. They answered my questions. I AM A PLEASE CUSTOMER . thanks!

123PRINT MESSED UP NOT ONLY ONCE BUT TWICE! HORRIBLE SERVICE!

I ordered my invites through another website, and when I made that purchase I decided to get everything including, RSVP's and Thank You Cards. It wasn't until after my purchase I realized I didn't order any Save the Dates! I went on 123print, mainly due to the cheaper prices.. Let me say- you get what you pay for! The first set, yes the FIRST SET-- I was online designing the save the date (which was the most ridiculous process ever) but anyway, went online to design them, had a few questions.. noticed there was a chat available option- NO THERE WAS NEVER A CHAT AVAILABLE! So after trying numerous times I decided to call.. spoke with someone, asked them some important questions.. but the most important one was WHAT COLOR WOULD MATCH THE BORDER THE BEST?! The female then instructed me which color to choose. I asked her about three times, are you sure that color matches the border? There is no way we can actually tell what the polka dots are? She responded, trust me this color matches perfectly. So-- a few days go by, my order arrives.. THE COLOR THE LADY HAD TOLD ME MATCHED DID NOT! The polka dots were some reddish color and the font color was BRIGHT PINK! Like something a 4 year old girl would love her nails to be! I called asked them to fix it.. SO THIS IS WHAT THEY DID: Refunded the money (Which took 6 days for it to appear back on the account, but couldn't use it until the bank approved it) We had to re-order another set of Save the Dates, which meant we had to PAY AGAIN! INSTEAD OF JUST SENDING US A NEW SET THEY MADE US REPAY. Which is insane. Moving on... the lady on the phone said, ohh change the color to a navy blue that would look great! And by the way you should really insert an & symbol in between you and your fiance. I said oh? Okay??? Well whatever makes it easier, because I need this immediately.. Now that I am behind with these because of all the drama. So she said oh it will be no problem, I'll do it. WORST MISTAKE EVER! Do you know what the Save the Dates looked like when they arrived, it said MY NAME & ____________ THEY DID NOT EVEN TYPE MY FIANCE'S NAME! IT WAS LIKE I GOT TO FILL IN THE BLANK WITH WHOMEVER I FELT LIKE! I was so angry! I sat there on hold for 45 minutes! While they tried to fix it! I couldn't wait any longer.. the Save the Dates were suppose to have already gone out.. and I put faith in them twice now! To this day, we have not received the refund for the second order. I called all my friends who are getting married, shared this experience with them.. they have warned their friends. I WOULD NEVER USE 123print EVER AGAIN! BETTER OFF GETTING MY 5 YEAR OLD NEPHEW TO DRAW SOMETHING. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!

Messed up printing order

We ordered wedding labels from 123Printing online. I followed their website, thinking I had all the information correct. I usually double check all information so there are no mistakes. My labels came blank. Why would I order blank labels from a printing company? I can buy that *** at almost any store these days. The printing part is the most important! We called and the best they could offer was a 15% discount for another order. That's not even worth my time on a $8.00 order. Plus they rip you off on the shipping costs! We won't use them again!

Terrible Customer Service - Unwilling to change order!

I placed a re-order on business cards from 123Print. They say two business days to process, which has come and gone. Now I need the business cards faster. After not being able to reach anyone by phone, I opened chat with customer service who after a 15 minute delay informs me the only way to get cards to ship faster is to place an additional order and request faster shipping on the new order. How is it they have the technology to enable you to design, process and pay for my order in 3 easy steps but they can change my shipping request when I am more than willing to pay the difference!

I order save the dates for my wedding from them. I called when I received them since they did NOT come with envelopes and was told that they never do. And I should have realized that when there was not a "choose envelope type" option. I was then told that the envelope size I need is A1 or A2 and I could get them from any florist. Which was not as easy as it sounds considering I needed 200 of them. I finally find a florist who was nice enough to only charge me 10C a piece. I stuffed them, addressed them, and go to mail them only to find out that the are not mailable because they are too small. When I call back, I was told that it was my fault for 1-not realizing that they didn't come with envelopes in the first place and 2-because I did not check before I bought them to make sure they were mailable. The guy was extremely rude and kept telling me that all they did was make a "suggestion" and that it was my fault for not double checking. And that their knowledge is just a "recommendation." Apparently this is not the first time they have had this complaint because every time I said something to elicit a response that they were wrong, he kept going back to the it was a "suggestion" or "recommendation" comment. He never once apologized or even pretended to empathize. So now I have 200 save the dates that can't mail without the envelopes being grossly oversized (tacky) and 200 addressed envelopes that can not be mailed, returned or anything else. I can however return the cards at the about half the cost it cost me to be them. He also had the nerve to tell me that $75 was not a lot of money to be out of. Bottom line, do NOT order anything from them and if you do, do NOT take anything they say about the product the sell at face value because it is only a "suggestion" or "recommendation."

123 Print = terrible

123 Print stinks. They sent me the wrong order and didn't seem to care. I ordered labels for cookies and they shipped me someone's else tea party labels. It took 3 phone calls to tell me that I had to return the order to get a refund. So I have to pay to ship the wrong order back just to get my money. Customer service is terrible. Try a more reputable company that actually stands behind their "100% money back guarantee" - not me again. Try a company that actually cares about their customers and tries to help them.

Never order from 123print.com

I placed an order online for some banners for a company party, company anniversery... so after I placed the order I got an email from one of the reps that was working on improving my logo file and I was in touch with her all up until she got it all done, I approved the banners and I was waiting on them. Few days latter which was also few days before the company party I email the rep again, and the next day and the next day, no answer. So finally, day before the party I call them to find out the shipping tracking number and then I was told that THE ORDER WAS NEVER PLACED!!!! So of course, it never shipped and I wont have anyt banners for company party tomorrow!! GREAT! So after little over three weeks of waiting, I have tnohing to wait for anymore. Customer service is awful!!

Horrible! Don't use!

I was excited for my order of 250 business cards to arrive, but when they did, I was utterly upset! They were the cheapest quality I have ever seen, and the printing job was horrible! On some of my cards, you could see the lines where they were supposed to cut them. There's no way I can use these and look professional in my business. As everyone knows, business cards may sometimes be the only impression you leave on people. 123print surely left a lasting impression on me- I will never order from them again! (I highly reccommend vistaprint.com. much better quality for cheaper)

It took 10days to deliver and when I receive the business cards.. they look awful!!! poor quality, even worse than scanned photos!!!

123Print is TRASH! They took over 10 days to deliver my order of business labels, and when I got them, I started putting all of them on my business products… and now i see that they missed a letter! What *** I sat there and triple checked to make sure that It was spelled right. 4 People looked at it and I took a screen shot of it so I can match it. Sure enough, the screen shot I took on my computer before I clicked accept was correct and now all of my business products have the wrong contact information. I would NEVER use these people again. Try using someone more local or maybe a different corporation who offers a preview of your work after they have received it.

They did not respond to me, the customer service chat program they have there offered me a "goodwill" product to make me happy and replace my order. Then he revoked that and said that he was not able to do it because I used up half a roll when I ordered 4 ROLLS!

Please, use another service other than this one.

P.S. Their labels do not come off for anything! If you put it on something and try to take it off… you will have A LOT of white tape glue and ripped paper. :(

123Print.com makes *** business cards!!

First set of business cards had font so friggin small and nothing like the on line formatting view. They offered a "one time refund".. the second set is still horrible. Their on one business card creator does not even come close to the actual result. Totally inconsistant photo color quality.Hold 10 of them fanned out and all 10 have different colors.. they have a faded line running through the card color. We even followed their own specific instructions emailed me to the tee.. reviewed the design in HTML... all that just to get another *** set of cards. The sad thing is I felt like they would surely fix the problem and I let my adult son order a set as well... I am sure the 3rd set will be *** too. It may have been affordable. But it is terrible quality.

I was hesitant to order from here because of the mixed reviews, but I went ahead and ordered 100 business cards for about $12 including shipping and tax. Just got them today and I am veryyy satisfied! I went with the standard paper which added about $5 to my total, but it was very much worth it!

Good Service and Cards!

Guest

Wow, Ordered the mini business cards and a week later I finally contacted them because my order had still not shipped, come to find out they had my order "haulted" because the print was too small to read? Why would they offer that font size if you can't even read it?!?!?

Then all they said was they would refund my money and I could order again and make my font size larger.... I will never use them again and hope others stay away from their poor customer service and lack of communication!

Guest

Horrible... I was waiting for my package all day and at the end they didn't know where it was....

Had to ask for a refund and still have to receive the money back!!!

DON'T USE THEM!!! horrible behaviour with customers too...

Guest

I apologize. I would like to retract my last comment about them making bad business cards. I called them for a refund and not only did they refund my money but they allowed me to order again and receive better business cards.

WONDERFUL customer service and I just got my second set of business cards, they are BEAUTIFUL.

Once again, please ignore my last comment. Do not hesitate to buy from them! They provide reasonable prices for great quality!

Guest

I've used 123print many times over the past 3 years and I just don't believe any of the negative posts I see on here. I've used them for my wedding, business cards and address labels.

And the only problem I ever had was my own typo...which they fixed and replaced for me at no charge!

They clearly post a 100% guarantee on their site and from my experience, they go above and beyond.

Yes, if you order the cheapest business card they offer, they're going to be thin. Stop being so cheap and upgrade to a better card stock!

Guest

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING BUSINESS CARDS!! DO NOT BUY!

I bought 500 business cards for $30 and the quality is just atrocious.

Cheap thin paper that isn't even business card material, poor ink that pixelates all images and text so so smudged looking. I regret buying from 123print!

Messed up my first order.

I ordered a very nice set of business cards. Had a lot of trouble navigating their way of typesetting and layout. The cards came in looking terrible. Smudged printing and bad "leading". I sent back samples, per their request. They said they didn't receive them. Each time I talk to customer service (use the term lightly) it's a different story. When talking to customer service, they don't even know the basic typesetting terms. Want me to order new cards but upgrade the order & pay more for another set before they will refund the original order. I had recommended this site to others, I will be contacting all of them and rescinding my recommendation.
